LOCKED THREADS and can't post?

I had this problem when I hopped on today and have seen a few other threads asking why all the topics are labelled as locked when there is obviously nothing wrong with them.
A new feature in forum update is to not allow people to post unless they have at least 20 battles played. This will hopefully help prevent those spammers that post all those threads about free gold etc as often.
So if this, along with all other thread you are viewing appear locked, just LOG OUT and LOG IN again. This will refresh the system and it will know you have those 20 battles and allow you to post.
