I've bought one for $7.99 hoping for a fun little tank. Turns out this tank is the little useless piece of crap. It's easily killed by other tier 5's and the gun is horrendous. I've never shot from something more terrible. It can't penetrate ANYTHING and it has the accuracy of a battleship cannon. This tank is simply a waste of gold. Absolutely ridiculous piece of crap. It takes tier 5 spot for the team and when one team has a couple of those little tincans while other gets a couple of KV-1's it's going to be a wipe-out.
Give me gold back and take away every single credit and XP earned with this crap and I promise I'll add whatever is necessary and buy Type-59 or something. Just seeing this junk in my garage makes me wanna puke...
T-14 - worst tank in the game?

Interesting, I play the StuG III a lot at tier 5 and I have more trouble penetrating T14s than Tigers, that's just my experience facing them though.

Please explain your analogy, it makes no sense.
Likewise, the T-14 is a fun tank. There are guides on how to drive it, but essentially if you play it thinking you're a KV, prepare to die often.

The T14 is a lot of fun, and I enjoy mine immensely. Like almost any vehicle in the game, a lot depends on how you play it. As the previous poster pointed out, it's not a KV, and if you drive it like one, you'll be dissapointed. The gun is decent enough, and I suspect crew skills and aiming are more the problem. You need to know your weakspots well, because with a mediocre gun it's very important to go for the vulnerable bits.
Be patient, try different tactics. Read up on how to get the most out of it in the US heavy forum. With some time and a little work, you may discover a new beast under all that olive drab.

The recoil is pretty bad when you fire so you really have to pick your shots carefully and make sure that reticle is closed.
I don't play mine much but sometimes it shines, other times it fails miserably.

No I think the honor of worse tank in the game goes to the B1.........I had to free XP threw that hunk of metal it would be a good tank if you could use the main gun and not the turret gun....

Then you'd be complaining that you get ammo racked every single match and cant pen anything.
Bad players are bad.

I just bought the t14 recently and its a pretty fun tank. I crew it with my t110 crew to train them up and it works fine. that tank can bounce alot of shells. gun is ok not the best. rof is great when using a rammer. sure u gonna have trouble when you are going against churchill or kv but all in all you are almost always in a t5 fight and able to contribute.

What bad recoil are you referring to? I'm assuming you have 'vibration in sniper mode' enabled?

I don't have one, but I know whenever I face a T-14 in my Churchill (the other T5 gold heavy) I usually win out. I looked over the stats on it and considered buying one, but it seemed like a lesser version of the tank I already have so I didn't bother. JMO though...

I like the T14. I probably have more 4-kill games in this tank than any other and I just picked it up on the recent sale. Sure, I get owned sometimes too, but overall I feel I do more owning in it. It's MM is very, very friendly.

You will probably say the same thing about type 59

"It can't penetrate anything." Really? I've gotten a couple of Top Gun awards with my T14. It's armour is also good enough to net me 11 Steel Wall awards. My win rate with the T14 is also higher than my win rates for my other non-premium tier 5 tanks, the Pz IV and the M4 (both of which were elited, had 100% crews, and upgraded with rammers, vents, etc).
Since it's unlikely that you'll get a refund, I suggest that you spend more time driving the tank to get used to it, and learning to take advantage of its armour (hull down whenever possible, and angle your hull to the enemy).
When I bought my Churchill, my first few days were terrible but then my win rate improved as I learned what I should and should not do with it.

When you bought the tank you received a 50% crew, until you get them up to 90%+ the tank is going to feel sub-par.
Angling this tank is important, when you face an opponent you idealy want your tracks protected by an obstacle and the front of your tank angled at 45* against your enemy. Get yourself into this position and you will bounce the majority of hits.
This tank is a lot of fun once you get the crew trained and get a feel for game mechanics.

Ive got 9 kills on himmelsdorf in mine. Not as fun as churchill but not bad.

I have had no problem killing kv's until now with it but try showing your frontal if that doesnt work take use of your ROF and look for weak spots
