As of update 7.3 older saved replays (prior to 7.3) may or may no longer play due to changes to the soviet tree. Any recorded fight where the tanks have changed tier will result in locking the game replay at the loading screen.

I got this problem too, trying to play my old replay and it says "current version is not compatible..."

Yeah it sux because I like to go over them to review things I did right and wrong and many 7.2 matches will not play.
