so i start a game and enter sniper mode and i get a red screen... i leave the battle and log back in and now im stuck at updating garage..... this happens about 3 times a week and its starting to get really annoying. also would it kill them to bring back the quite game button back into the game menu? oh and also my client crash's after trying to take a screenshot...

This happened to me last night too for the first time ever.  I played fine with 7.3 Tuesday and most of Wed nite till the last 3 games.  The first two times only the splash screen went red, once  I was in the game I was fine until the last game where the screen went red in sniper mode.  I wonder if they tweaked something on the server end.  I Hope it goes away otherwise the game is unplayable, playing without sniper mode really sucks : ) .

I have had the red splash screen as well as the red screen when zooming in sniper mode. But when I get the red splash screen at the beginning of a battle, then all the  ground surfaces had a bright red hue to them as well. The intersting thing is, if I get the red splash screen, I never have the sniper scope red screen and visa versa. Also when I get the red aplash screen and red fields, after the game my garage does not have any issues with color what so ever. This issue usually crops up after playing for an hour or so. Gets innoying having to restart the game every hour...

I get red screen when I go to sniper mode in the new 'hill' map and then when I exit the game I am stuck in module update and have to task manager out of the game. Really sucks. Since this apparently was happening in beta why didn't it get fixed??

Also, I tried the 3gb solution above but it did not solve the problem.

They didn't get it fixed because they don't want to admit that it is coding. Most of the "fixes" given out are the 3gb solution, or a request for you to submit your system specs. They and some others that post seem to want to stick to the story that it is OUR fault, or incorrect settings, or just a low power PC or graphics card. I have never gotten the red splash screen, but I have had a number of games ruined both in test server and now on the NA server because sniper mode won't work. They will probably lock this topic pretty soon because they don't want to hear about their problem.
