I said it wasn't possible to reach 133 1/3% crew skill (and still isn't). Of course you could exceed the old listed values in all cases where equipment or consumables were available to give a bonus to them.

Nope, not obvious.  I thought we were discussing all vehicles in this game and I gave arty as an example.
Like anything there will be people that swear by BIA and put it on every tank that has over 100% in the secondary skill, others will never use it.

i use it first and run a tool box till my second skill (repair) gets to 75%. but now all the tanks i play have at least 2 skills. love BIA
