I really dont know why this hasnt been fixed I personally have reported it for over a 18 months
I would provide a screenshot but seemily I cant find the folder all od a sudden must be hidden somewhere.
1 side 2 arties T95 and1 IS4 the other had 2 arties and 2 tanks

I had the same problem. I asked Tech Support and they promotly sent back a reply! They told me to use the fn + prt sc.......I use a laptop. Weird cause it used to work by just hitting the print screen key. Go figure. Hope this helps!
