can't get it to work on the 7.4  ? i was using the arty icon..  do i need to uninstal it from the 7.3??   what steps do i need to take??

Can anyone tell me why I see the cross hair jumping periodically?

Usually happens when I am trying to snipe - one of the cross hairs will suddenly drop or jump a bit.
