Hello!
As a bit of a crazy Ace Combat fan, about a month ago I resolved to create a series of voice and music packs for World of Tanks based on each of my favorite games from the series. Originally I only intended to pass these out to my friends who were also interested, but I figured since I put a rather stupid amount of time into these, I might as well see if anyone else might be able to enjoy them.
I'll update this as I add more throughout the course of the summer, but I will say I plan at least on making voice packs for Ace Combat 5 and Ace Combat Zero as well. Additionally, I am aware of other existing Ace Combat music mods (NoblePlatoon's own is what inspired me to attempt this), but I take these things a little further than most do.
Huge thanks to NoblePlatoon both for his templates and for his tutorial videos, without which I probably would not have figured this all out. You, sir, are the king of mods. If anyone is interested in making  own voice or music mod, see NoblePlatoon's megatopic here.
Installation:
1. If you have not installed an audio mod previously, copy your entire audio folder from World_of_Tanks/res/ into World_of_Tanks/res_mods/x.x.x/ (where x.x.x is the current version number).
2. Paste ingame_voice.fev and .fsb or music.fev and .fsb into World_of_Tanks/res_mods/x.x.x/audio.
3. Follow any additional instructions in the readme.
Mods:
Ace Combat 4 Voice Pack
Current version: 1.7 (18 Oct 2013)
File Size: 11.8 mb (10.9mb zipped)
Description: This pack contains 189 separate sound clips recorded from the game over the course of a few days. Most clips are from AWACS SkyEye, although there are a number from both the player's allies and enemies. Lucky for us in AC4 it's possible to disable all ingame sounds except for the radio chatter! It has been brought to my attention that some users of this pack find the tracks to be a bit quiet. If you so happen to find yourself among them, try adjusting your volume sliders ingame before giving up!
This pack has been updated for full compatibility with 0.8.6+.

Ace Combat 5 Voice Pack
Current version: 1.1 (12 Sep 2013)
File Size: 10mb (9mb zipped)
Description: This pack contains 124 separate sound clips recorded from the game over the course of a few days. This pack is still in development, so expect more files to be added soon. It has been brought to my attention that some users of this pack find the tracks to be a bit quiet. Ace Combat Zero Voice Pack
Coming Soon!
Ace Combat Music Pack
Current version: 2.4 (12 Sep 2013)
File Size: 645mb (623mb zipped)
Description: This pack contains over one hundred tracks from Ace Combat 4, 5, Zero, X, 6, and Assault Horizon, as well as a few demo tracks from when Zero was still in development. Why so many? I got bored of tracks cycling often in NoblePlatoon's own pack, so I went a little overboard. In most cases the tracks used follow a pattern: menu tracks are used for the login screen, hangar tracks for the garage, briefing tracks for the battle loading screen, and mission tracks for combat. However, there are a number of outliers such as "Open the War" from AC5 as a battle loading track (http://www.youtube.c...h?v=X2q1s87Mg7A). FMOD gives the track count as 192 in total, but a number of those are single tracks used for multiple situations.
The newest version of the pack is in a single .zip for your convenience. I've made a large number of changes in this revision, but most are "under the hood" work on glitches with certain music tracks.

.rar files are essentially the same as .zip files, only they require winrar to unzip. I meant to upload both versions, but haven't yet...I'll do that now.

EDIT: Ah, now I remember why I had to use a .rar in the first place. The voice pack has been zipped and will be linked in a moment. The music pack, however, is too large for mediafire to allow in one file, so I had to use winrar to split it into two. If you have winrar and both parts of the music pack, unpacking the first part will open the whole thing. Apologies for the confusion!

Sure thing! I'll add them to the OP when you're done with them.

Great Music Mod. Although I gave an honest try for the voice pack, but I laugh every time they say something related to missiles or dogfight related. Maybe when World of Warplanes come out it will possibly be a really great immersion to the game!

Sorry for the lack of responses, I've been ill for over a week.

@The_Pugilist
Thanks for giving it a try at least! I know the voice packs aren't for everyone, but for those as crazy about the series as me the clips are more entertaining than immersion breaking!

@tomcatf14s & QueenEmeraldas
I'll doublecheck the music pack and post here again afterward. I've noticed a few problems with the version I'm currently running anyway, so I'll likely upload a new version this afternoon.

@gong00
I plan on doing voice packs for both Zero and 6 in the future, though 5 still needs some work first.

Dang! I love Ace Combat so much. I have played all of them except the last one, even the PSP games.

Personally I would just like to change the in-game music to that of the Ace Combat. For example I loved this intro from Ace Combat 4. Would love to have it played for the launcher or when the game is started at Log-In screen.

Other things that if possible I would go crazy for would be the ping sound when you have a lock on. Imagine targeting a tank and hearing the lock-on sound. For the in-game music, I think nothing beats Ace Combat 5 The Belkan War. There were unique songs played for certain enemy squadrons when they challenged you. So many good memories of those games.
