If you are sure you are connected to the internet when you open the app.
You can also check your proxy. If you have one. The app is able to handle very basic proxy authentication. Yours might be blocking the download
Then also check that your firewall is not blocking the download.
If all of this fails. You can download the image pack and settings file from my website. Its on the home page. The instructions on the page will tell you where to place these files

I can't seem to get any of this to work, when I try to download the image pack it say's not allowed file type. I tried with firefox and Internet explorer. I use norton and not sure how to setup the proxy with it or windows internet explorer.

I believe I got it sorted out, for some reason I had two versions of this app installed. The newest one and the previous version. I got all the new tanks pictures updated except these, not sure if you just dont have them yet.

waiting for a new version to come out before updating, to scared to have it stop working on me again as I use it everyday. No idea why 2.0.5.5. will not update the overall battles for me.

Great App by the way. Just a few questions.
1. What is the problem with the online analyzer, and when will it be re-enabled?
2. Currently the app seems to use the old efficiency values for damage, cap points, defense points, etc. When will the app be updated with the new WN7 and Efficiency values to match current wargaming standards?
P.S. I would also throw $10 donation for an update!

just downloaded. im not sure if its possible, but can you add damage tanks, and splash (non hits)? id love to be able to see statistics for this

Fixed my Issue. I had 2 copies installed and when I removed one the registry was pointing to the wrong location. Removed both copies cleaned up the registry and reset the dossier file. Good to go.

There's no direct update for 8.5, you download updates from within the app now.
Regarding WN7, he's said before that we're waiting for the dust to settle on changes. Calls went out for him to start using WN6. There's a significant amount of coding involved and no point in setting it all up for WN7 just to have WN8 arrive. The WN rating system does seem to be slowing down in the continual changes, so maybe soon.

I ran into the same sort of problem. Suddenly WoT Statistics stopped working. Deleted the WoT Statistics folder (actually renamed the folder out of the way), and things were able to work again (though I lost the history of stats from the past, so will have to start my graphs over from nothing).

i uninstalled and used the wot_dossier.exe but now it s only recording about 1/3 of my battles! its very strange

A question. I'd like to be able to see information on what the ratio of damage caused versus damage received. Is that possible? I see that the figures are available separately, but I don't see how to tell at a glance what the ratio is, or how to compare my tanks to see what my ratio is best in. Any advice would be appreciated.

I would like to report a bug in this program.
If there is the following character in the persons name: _
it will just remove that character and use what ever comes after the character as the persons name.
This makes it very difficult to monitor for instance myself cause i play on EU + US.
It is for some reason not able to add both my accounts , cause when i want to add myself it will only allow me to display 1 person.
Also it will add the stats of the other account to the current comparison.
if i have _Shinzok_ (this is EU account)loaded , and then try to add Shinzok (This is US account) it will add the stats from US to the EU calculations and make it abit borked.
Not sure if you could make some alterations to the program that it will accept similar names as different accounts.
The dossier files are completely different , so not sure how the program interprets the account name ?
