What equipments should I have on my ISU-152, and once I get my crew to 100%, what should I train them in?

ISU needs a rammer and vent base to reduce the reload time of the bl-10.  I also use binocs because the camo value on the ISU is good but not amazing.  Plus I like to go with a support my teammates, which means alot of the time im on the front lines, instead of hiding in the back.  I find the bl-10 is amazingly inconsistant unless your close and the reticle is small.  I have bounced off tier 5 tanks many times with it..

Crew, depends on if your sticking with teh ISU or going to the OBJ.. if your going to the OBJ then camo is a must as a first skill, because the OBJ is stealthy like a ninja and making it that much harder to spot is very good.  Then repair because people will gun for you at all times in the obj and your tracks are your life.  But I also suggest six sense because it can tell you when the broken visison system is working for your or against u.
