Due to the excellent feedback I have received on this thread I have decided to make it permanent. Please feel free to give us your ideas for Skirmishes in this thread!

Here is the info we'd like for any of your Skirmish ideas:

Teams no smaller than 5 and no larger than 10
Tank class limits: (Heavies only, mediums & TDs, etc.)
What map the Skirmish would be on
Any other limits you think would be needed

For further feedback, if you like someone's idea please +1 them, that way we can tell which types of tournaments are the most desired for Skirmishes.

It would be great to try the new game types, when they come out.

Like game types that have one team attack, while the other defends.  Or have one central objective.  Etc...

Anything to mix it up, and use new strategies.

Also no premium tanks allowed or it comes down to who can field the most PzKpfw 38H735 (f) followed by Tetrarch with best gun in tier and T2 Light with best speed. Every other tank choice in tier is out classed by the premium tanks. The non-premium tanks are well balanced and allow variety.

This is the only funny and creative idea here, and unfortunately it already had a -1 before I gave it my +1.

In any case, i proposed it earlier for tier 3 arty but tier 8 would be ok too, except for the lack of variety ( all obj 261s would probably win).

We've actually thought about it and will probably do an all artillery skirmish at some point.

You can't discount the splash of a T92 or Typ E, the 261 has to hit the arty to kill it, and with HE In my 261 I've direct hit a Typ e several times and not killed it.

Skirmish IV had only 49 participants with tier 10 heavies. I would predict only 12 participants in a tier 8 arty battle. If the skimish time was changed by just a half hour the participation would go up for the highest tier battles. A lower tier arty battle would get more participation and would be entertaining.

Would be fun to see what people would come up with for this. TD's hate arty and the scouts would prevent camping. With all the differant new TD's, turret/no turret, fast/slow...It would be entertaining to see what all these great battle leaders can come up with.

Not sure on tier and point limit just yet.
