After all it took them just 7.3 -> 7.4 to "fix" KV4.
KV-4 is russian.

I'm sure the new 400 Pen Gold Ammo that the RU tanks get will never catch them on fire either
thats the point of this nerf, sadly

Funny.....i still trust and believe in my E-75 and i rarely catch on fire or engine knock out after 7.4, yes it happen but rarely.
maybe i just get lucky, maybe because i keep dancing my tank so the tranmission part not get hit, maybe it's just magic........

but there was one match that i got shot full hole in my rear, not single critical damage but when i turn around to use my mighty
frontal armor, the engine got knock the fuck out.

i don't know..........but i'm not going to quit driving her around.

you lose your trust in them then you lose their trust to you too, try not to get too nervous.

So....I guess the changes were made in the end :(

How is everyone going with these tanks so far?  In all honesty, I have been playing other tanks since patch due to my current grinds.  That and I'm just avoiding playing me e75 at this stage, just in case...

So who has played the e75 a fair bit?  And what was the experience like?  And also the e50?

My recent experience wtih E-50 is that when I rammed a T-54 at 60Kph with Spall Liner but no ramming perk, I did only 126hp, and caught fire, and died nearly instantly.

Not entirely sure if it was the combination of factors that made me pop suddenly, but,

1)  Did way less than my average of 500+ ramming
2)  Died.

I've done over 500+ ramming many times at 60kph.  Definitely looking at it more closely.

Geez, that is no good :(

Please let us know how you go over the coming days, hopefully it was a one off.  I am actually 100,000xp into my Panther II grind at the moment, fast approaching my e50.

I did play a fair bit this morning when I woke up, and I didnt see a whole lot of e75.  I did light one on fire in my is8 through the lower glacial, although he had positioned himself in a pretty dumb spot- very exposed and easy to hit at close range.  I saw heaps of e50 as well, and I lit one on fire in my is4.  He did take 2 more shots before that from me though and didn't burn.  And on top of that there was quite a few other e50 around today- and I don't recall seeing any of them burn actually?

Oh well, not going to stop me- I'm still excited for this tank  :)

anyone read the e-50 ausf m transmission in the front? the little thing that describes each tank says that the german army demanded that the e-series had to have a transmission mounted in the rear. however, the e-50 and e-75 used the tiger 2 engine-transmission compartment, making the rear transmission impossible.
in my opinion, this more sounds like a saying from the devs trying to excuse themselves from the complaints from German tankers. also, the part where it says the german army demanded that the e-series had to have a transmission mounted in the rear, replace the word German, and put down players. :Smile_mellow:

No, fact of the matter is that is completely made up. The hull design doesn't allow for a Tiger II transmission, the placement of the front wheel and the nose are different. Considering how much more important frontal armor is, they probably would have just moved the turret forward, or extended the rear of the hull.

I scraped my E75 for coins shortly after the transmission change.

Still have the E50 which seem to catch fire or get a dead engine with every 3-4 hits on the front.

Same story with the 88mm JT, but atleast that is a gold tank so I don't really care since you still make positive coins even with a total lose.

For those who dislike Serbs direction in leading this company, I am hoping that if/when the WG goes public, the board could replace him, or "make" him reconsider his biased opinions, and more importantly, disregard for fan base. Not saying this is how it is going to play out, but just keep in mind that there is always hope, and I prefer to try to look on the bright side and hope for a buff in time.

With that said, it may take a lot of complaints to make this happen, but I don't think selling the E75 (one of my favorite tanks) is the proper way to solve this.

I pretty much agree with this, especially the SerB part.

I haven't gotten fires recently, because I've strted being a coward and hiding my lower glacis.

Just because I don't catch on fire anymore doesn't mean the nerf did not affect me.

As far as I know you can't damage internal modules such as engine or crew via ramming. He might have shot you the moment you rammed him.
