Suggestion, needs a tier 2 engine, poor manueving. Doesnt turn or travel well at all. Excellent firepower for a TD,

The top speed is fine and it doesn't need more armor, it's a fat Marder through and though.  It could use with a bit of a buff to it's horsepower though, strictly to help it climb hills and such.  24 km/h is fine,  4km/h up a hill is not.  If they could get i to 8-10 km/h uphill I would be content.

As it sits It's climbing ability hinders it's ability to help it's team other than guarding base and sniping from a point near base.  If you wander to far you can't get back to base fast enough to help at all.  Can't even keep up with your team lol xD

Yes, please a small boost to horsepower.  As it stands, I don't even try to turn around to move back at the start of a round.  I just drive in reverse and hope I get somewhere "hidey" before the T-50, tetrarch, etc shows up.  Turning and driving up a slight incline takes more time than just moving backwards.

Though soon you all will be able to play the faster TDs when the 7.4 patch comes out. :)
I tried this TD in the previous common test and yeah it needs a slight Horsepower buff since it is kinda slow.

FCM Health: 180
Marder Heath: 170

FCM Armor: 40/20/40
Marder Armor: 30/15/15

I have to disagree with the health boost, it is already better than the Marder defensively.  All it needs is more horsepower.

Yeah if it got a small health buff when it doesn't need it, instead of being slightly faster it would be better than the Marder II in every way. =O
And I know Wargaming doesn't want that. Even though they keep on nerfing the German tanks...

I vote yes for more horsepower, it is hard not to end up solo fighting, every one moved up and you just caught a break through tank, it is moving fast and it out turns your pivot, sad times for what comes next.

Marder II:

Pros:
Faster
Better Weight:H.P.
Better Traverse
Better "Turret" (34-25 as opposed to 7-7)
Better Punch

Cons:
Not as Accurate
Slower ROF (Barely)
Not as Armored (Like it matters at lower levels)
.2 Slower Aim Time
-10 health

Let's no forget the Marder II is also smaller and has better camo values.

I don't think a small health boost is uncalled for, but the least of it's problems..
