when in garage alot of options are faded out,contacts,invites,barracks & plenty other stuff cant click on them.got full mode clicked

I'm guessing one of your tank also has "Locked" on it?
Platoon, Tank Company, or Clan Battle will do that to you, just click "Not Ready" and things should go back to normal.
