I've noticed several bad behaviors mentioned of the forums (and on youtube). among these are;

1. Teamkilling. Done to entertain the tker and frustate everyone else (does not include killing a blue or non-blue teamkiller, doing this is in self defense)

2. Blocking. Often two or more players will cooperate to box in another, usually heavier vehicle (ex. Panzer IIIs position themselves in front and in back of a KV 3, completely stopping it's movement). often the only way out is to either wait for the enemy to kill the blockers or to kill them yourself and take the fall that goes with such an action.

3. Bad language/fake arguement. Someone uses foul words to harrass or anger other players into rash actions. Fake arguement is deliberately used to start a flame war in game. I ran into this when someone on the opposing team lured me into a Religious vs. Athiest fight (I was on the religious side of the arguement).

4. Deliberate collision. A player on your team rams into a higher tier tank and takes damage, forcing the bigger tank to pay the fine and any compensation. Often not done for financial reasons but for plain griefing.

5. High level clan members use positions to bully teammates. High ranking clan members (such as deputies or even clan leaders) will harras other players on their team, sometimes teamkilling them for fun. What ticks people off is that the clan in question usually says that one of it's (supposed) virtues is not teamkilling or griefing players.

6. Revenge. Killing a player in your team who was on the opposing team last match and who may have killed the vengeful player, put them down, or otherwise embarrassed them.

7.  Cussing out other players for "impossible" feats or "hacks". Do I have to describe this one? Yes? ok, well, in this scenario Someone is either hit or killed (or sees someone else hit or killed) and yells to everyone that the shot/kill was somehow impossible. Occasionally, the player in question will believe their premium tank practically invincible and start ranting at the other team after being killed.

8. Other. Anything that may have been missed by the above.

only two things in your list DO NOT HAVE A SOLUTION

intentional ramming
Blocking

the rest all have solutions you can implement yourself
Spam/language filter
Ignore command
Teamkill compensation/penalty

al what you mention is not working

language filter not
tk compensation is a awful bad joke
ignore you can only 31

the main problem is, that wot has NOT , like many other online games for example chat moderators, which react direct if insulting or other things are happening. this is only, cause wg is NOT investing a single shit kopek into game controling, even has no cheat control program ( please stop this stereotyp saying : there is no cheat. it is, and many, many know it , even wg itself ).
and why don t we have the possibility to switch off this stupid chat ? nobody needs it... ?
shoud be simpel ? no ?
