its still happening i have checked my paypal account nothing has been deducted but it still goes thru the complete process except when it gets to here https://www.ultimate.../postprocessing the page just stays there and nothing happens are you reading this WoT??????

The problem is this isn't WoT's fault. This is the fault of one of the middle men who processes the payments. So as a result, you go to buy gold, WoT passes this data to the middle men who handles it, who passes it to paypal, you fill out your information, and the middleman crashes and doesn't charge, but also doesn't send a confirmation to WoT. They can't do anything except what we're doing. Yell at the problem.

Edit: In this case it's the fault of playspan/whoever they're having handle things. They've always been a bit of a...problem. If you didn't play this game early on, Playspan used to reject paypal payments all the time.To boot, if you bought too much gold, you'd have to wait around a week to buy more because it'd start rejecting any and all payments.

Yeah, a simple "we are working on the problem" would be nice.

Problem is if they can even work on it. The best way to make this out is imagine UPS deciding to go on strike. Now lets say a store uses UPS for all their deliveries...would you yell at the store to be told "We're working on the problem" when they really have no way whatsoever to do anything about the strike?

Needless to say I wish they'd change from playspan to someone else, but apparently using playspan is why you can use ultimate gamer cards in the game...so while you wait for things to come back up, you can always grab one of those cards at a local CVS or something.

Actually, since PlaySpan makes income on WoT's business, they do have a vested interest in listening when WoT yells. If the store in your hypo said, "hey, UPS, you know we can always use FedEx, right?" UPS would be stupid indeed not to care. Few businesses can afford to alienate too many customers.

What gives, WG? If you want my money, tell your vendor to get its **** together. Or get a new vendor.

So, I paid $50 by Visa for gold. Had no error messages, everything looked good "purchase complete" and all that. But no gold. Was like 2 hours ago that I made the purchase. Do I assume that the card WILL be billed, or should I be waiting for the problem to be resolved and then try again?

Wait. The other night it took well over an hour for some gold to hit my account. My gusss is that it'll show up eventually.

Try gifting me some gold or a tank and I will let you know if it went through.

So I sent a ticket a few hours ago... but it is Friday night. Does support answer tickets 24/7, or will I be waiting untill Monday on this? I decided to put cash into the game because of the price of tank slots during the D-Day event. Would kind of suck to miss the sale.

I ordered $14.95 worth of Gold 3 days ago the money is out of my bank account I did it thought PayPal/Playspan. Still nothing and the money has NOT been sent back to my account. If this is yur company's middle man I want to either get my gold or my money back. Just saying.

Paid my $14.95 yesterday and the item is 'processing' on my card but no gold here either and no email saying it went through. Went via Playspan. One would hope that WoT are really yelling at Playspan right now.

First (and possibly last) time I will be doing this on WoT if there is not a resolution very quickly.

Hey, I had that problem too. Tried to make a playspan/ Paypal transaction. Either nothing happened on paypal ( so the money just didnt go off my paypal account) or playspan terminated the transaction and I got the money back. I just figured out that it actually works if you choose "other" option in the get gold menu. Just go on "other" and then choose paypal.
Works as usual.

Bought 5500 gold , paid via ideal , money deducted from my bankaccount , surprise surprise , no gold (this happened yesterday, yet still no gold)
in "other" option via ideal everything ok , site says purchase ok, no gold, getting rather pissed. 20 euro down the drain
this happened on my taz71 account, will wait till next week otherwise to be continued.........

ya same here used my cc still no gold 24 hrs later. time to remove this pay system and get a better one. or WOT will not be getting no more green backs from me.
