OK, i am going on the premiss that no question is a stupid question, but how do we know what team are tied for the wild card slots?  are the the division listed the ONLY ones in any tiebreaker position wild card or top 28?

Yes, after the wild card games on 16th, assuming there are no outstanding issues the playoffs should begin on the 23rd.

WG might want to make clearer that the couple first-place matches previosuly scheduled are still happening, maybe highlight a little earlier in the article. what it currently says at the end:

"Matches currently scheduled for teams drawed for their division will proceed as normal."

so the first place tie matches already scheduled are still taking place today. the ties for 21-point teams and any other tie-breakers not currently scheduled are delayed.

Well if you read the other threads you will get the folowing info:

1) there was a problem with posting some teams records
2) WoT omly has 1 staff person running this tourney and he was busy with E3 this past week
3) the only play off action today will be the final 3 tied divsions
4) therest of the teams tied with 21 pints will have to wait another week to see how WoT will figure out fill 4 spots from 16 teams
5) and the rest of the tourney will wait 2 weeks to get back to playing
