How about the instant when the pesky T-50-2 scouting for arty dies, arty looses its targets?

You're right, a better idea would be just to remove arty all together so that I dont need to come up with these ideas.

I did quit, but I am selfless enough to try and protect others from the frustration of artillery.

I am selflessly sacrificing myself to the hordes of wargaming sycophants by whining on the forums about artillery. Truly I will be a martyr for the ages...

I am still quitting, you won't see me in game, trust me. I am done with it.

I have nearly 1k games more than you. Plus about 3k from my time in Beta. Not once have I gotten mad at Arty. Not once has it annoyed me or ruined anything for me. In fact, there are plenty of times and places where you *need* arty to help you out. TD you can't pen from the front? Out of options to flank it? Chances are Arty can help with that. Same goes for other tanks bigger than you. Arty helps as a good damage equalizer, especially when they're on the ball and you're out of luck in what you're going up against.
I get kielld by them from time to time, ok sure, but its no big deal. I've been driving the T28 Prototype, which last I checked is pretty susceptible to arty even more so because of the open top. Arty sees me, and its like they're playing golf trying to land a shell right down my turret.
I don't have a problem with that. I just play smarter, or learn from it. Complaining about Arty in this game is like complaining about starving children in Africa. People may act like they care too but in the end everyone is apathetic. So the whole sob story about quitting over it. Give me a break. You're just neg-rep trolling like quite a few others on this forum.
But eh what do I know.

Trust me, games where there is no arty and the enemy has a platoon of 3 T95's is NOT a fun circumstance.

Unfortunately they are NOT going to remove artillery (:/) so there is no way you can protect other players other than giving them advice.
Also, while I think you are genuine in this, others may see the above (quoted) statement as either 1. Crybabyism. 2. Hypocrisy. 3. A joke. 4. Sarcasm.
I don't think any of those are supposed to be good answers :/ sorry man.
also sorry to hear you are quitting. :(
