I find it funny that i spent 100 us dollars and was not able to get into a premium account. It is also funny how hard it is to actually get in touch to anyone in charge, I play alot of games and you make it hard to talk to anyone. I will not spend anymore money here. This game needs to be more specific as to how to get in touch with the people in charge. i ended up wasting my money for no reason as this game does not get specific on how to join anything. I will let everyone I know how this game works. It is vauge and is there to just take your money. Change my mind on this if you will. If you cannot refund my money and delete my account.. I found that you were not informative as to have a premium account till after you finish the instructional play. It was never said. Therefore you are in the wrong. I would like to continue ,but you need to explane things alot better. You also need to make it easier to contact people in charge. took me 6 hours to figure it out and still does not work. I tried to put in tickets and not a one went through. you want my money but I get nothing to prove you are worth it. I messed up to begin with. Spent my money before I really understood the game.

You don't get premium when you buy gold, you have to buy premium after you buy the gold, to buy it, there is a button top right that says "Buy Premium" or something close to it. This is what I understand from reading your post.
EDIT: They do get many tickets a day, they can not respond to them all at once, they will help one person at a time. It takes around 24 hours, or close to it for them to respond.

The 8 missions you are given at the start of a new account are there to help you understand and your posting here so you obviously understand how to use the forums and ask questions... If you spent money without knowing what your doing or how it works then that's your fault.

If you could, War Gaming would not have income to keep World of Tanks / World of Warplanes servers up, and they would be broke. War Gaming Needs income to keep us playing, even if people cant buy gold, its still a fun game by all means. It may be "Free to Play" but it is not, "Free to Host".

And from what I know of it you dont actually have to finish the tutorials to do anything... once you leave them you cant go back but you can leave before you even do the first mission so?

yes you do have to hit the button to get a prem account so dont wine
about it on the forums and instead google it
