As long as the super structure is strong enough this TD will be a beeast.
ATM is scheled to be released in 8.0. see development page.

Its a rear mount like Obj 261 in that pic of the model so no it won't get the double sloped frontal armor.
If it gets 250mm armor its going to be much slower than IS7 and much slower accelerating.
