With the VK on sale, is it worth playing even when stock? I'm curious as i'd kinda want to get one.

Well, i reall like my vk. Good armor and mobility when tuned. Stock its still playable, get it aslong its halfoff.

What would a good upgrade path be? Currently im usin the 105 since i hate the 75mm L/48. Is workin ok till i can get the turret researched and mount the 75 L/70.

You gots to If you plan on going up the heavy Tiger H, King Tiger, E75, E100 line.  It is a great tank though w/ the 88mm L/56 gun.  The 75mm L/58 Konisch with gold used to be legendary, but WG put a stop to that.

I loved my Vk3601. It's a solid tank all around that gets even better as you upgrade it. Once you get the short 88mm it really comes alive though.

I have had over 350 battles in it and it is and will be one of my favourite tanks i will ever drive

I recently re-bought my 3601 in the half-price special, and am loving it.  It's a fun tank to play, even in higher tier battles.  Hope you got yours!
