Ok, so I just heard that you can have one account for each server, so I went to the EU portal and created a new account with the same name but different email.  I downloaded then installed the EU launcher/game, restarted, and now I've been stuck at the launcher for like 20 minutes while it says updating launcher checking for updates.  I never had any problems like this on my NA account.  Not sure if it's something wrong on my end or not. Please help.

UPDATE: 45 minutes and counting, not going off the "Updating Launcher:checking for updates". Not even a error message. Going to cancel it and try again later.
UPDATE: Crashes when I press Cancel. :(
UPDATE: I'm going to try more tomorrow, when I looked at the EU portal it said maintenance on June 14 which is June 13 for me.

Why are you making an account on a different server anyway??? :b  It just slows connection down for everyone else...

iv been having similar problems lately too. Yesterday it wouldnt accept my password or email. Today its stuck on the update screen. No clue. Server maintenance?

No, I actually have a pretty good connection. I think it might be the server or something :(

I still cant seem to log in. Says my passwords and/or email is wrong. It loads the launcher at least...
