I have much time invested in my T29 crew and will not give them up and I don't want to lose my T29 since I believe MM will treat it better than the T32. Is it possible to purchase a T32 without the crew and just rotate the T29 crew with 100% and perks and skills between the two tanks? I switched my KV2 crew to my IS-T and kept the 100% and skills and perks intact.

You can, but if their base training is for the T29, you will have to retrain them each time you swich them over, otherwise yo'll get almost nothing for them.

You can do it, but when they're in the T32 their level will be 20% less. Assuming they are 100% they'll count as 80% on base skill. I assume the secondaries are unchanged, but that is an interesting question to follow up.
If you buy yourself a T34 the T29 crew can use it without penalty!

The crew will suffer a penalty like zap123 says, but the secondary/tertiary effects still work.
The T32 is better in all respects than the T29. I've only had it for 12 games now after running the T29 for 260 something games. I can honestly say the T32 is just the better machine by a long shot, but....it needs the tracks and turret to shine which can take some time getting if you don't have enough freeXP.
MM is no different, and actually in my short experience it's actually better.

When I switched a heavy tank crew from T-150 to KV4 and changed the crew profile, the training was reduced from 100% to 80% but when I switched my KV1 crew to ST-I and did not change the profile, the training stayed at 100%. What gives?

I could be wrong, but they keep their specialty in the KV1 and perform at a reduced rate. What I don't know if that is better or worse than changing their profile to the new vehicle.
