How to remove Type 59's and keep every...

This thread is a joke.
Who is he to try and decide for me that I can't have the Type 59 when mine was a gift. There are other tanks not available that I'd like to have as well but, unfortunately for me, they aren't available at this time. So, as for picking and choosing what needs to be removed, too bad. When the KV was split, is screwed up the tree enough as it is. It's not your place to seek getting rid of something that others have paid for out of pocket. What a better way to make players angrier than they are now about the happenings with WG.
If you want to get rid of something, post about getting rid of the, T-50 & the T-50-2. They're a pest in my book and can take out most of the tanks and artillery in game at the battles start.
FYI, my Type 59 was sent to me as a Gift from a friend and it wouldn't be fair to either of us for it to just be taken away because you don't like them. Sorry that you don't have a friend like I do.
As for it being OP? NOT! I've had my butt spanked many times when using it.
We you start paying for me to play here, then he can decide what I can and cannot have!
Better yet, why not buy yourself one and while you're at it, get me the KV-5 or, any of the other tanks and/or new tanks coming available for purchase and then, come to the forums and read about someone wanting to have them removed from the server and see how you like it.
If all the tanks were available right now, they'd probably all be in my garage so I wouldn't have to worry about grinding for anything. I'd just continue to play them game and have fun.

This thread starter is hilarious. Give me a 54 so 59s can be removed form the game. I understood all the complaints when the 59s were first released, they did "upset the game" because they packed up and swarmed over teams (sure was fun while it lasted). But why complain now, it has been nerfed, the MM has been fixed and yet I still make excellent money, and people still complain it is OP. Wait until the tier 10 mediums come out and start slaughtering all of the slow Heavies. The masses will really howl, when the heavy they have worked so hard for isn't safe sitting behind a rock anymore. Can't wait.

meh...haven't seen anyone complain about type 59's in a long time
Pray tell, what forum have you been reading? Certainly not this one.
@OP...meh, it isn't the same tank and unless that shiny new T-54 will make the same credits as my Type 59 I would have a huge problem with that since that's the whole reason I got one in the first place.

Would be nice if they narrowed the tiers a bit. The Type 59 is pretty overpowered against tier 5s and somewhat against tier 6. Against its own tier it is disadvantaged.

Didn't these type of threads die off once everyone found out all the weak points of this tank?

I have a proposal how to remove the Type 59 and keep everyone happy! There would be two scenarios which would happen depending on how advanced you are.
2. Scenario 2 is divided into 2 Sub-Scenarios, which the player can choose
P.S: I wish that anyone who wants to protest the Type 59 being removed please don't post an argument!!!
- Scenario 1: Seeing that the Type 59 is a copy of the T-54 basically, you would have your Type 59 replaced by a stock T-54 (any equipment you had on your 59 would sadly be lost), The fact that your tank will be replaced with a tank one tier higher is hard to be upset at!
2. Scenario 2 is divided into 2 Sub-Scenarios, which the player can choose
- Scenario 2.1: If you already own a T-54 you can get back the sale price for your Type 59 (7,500 Gold according to W.o.T wiki), and all equipment will be removed (Perminate equipment will be removed for free)
- Scernario 2.2: If you already own a T-54 you can get credits equal to 125% of the sale price (7,500 Gold according to W.o.T wiki), and all equipment will be removed (Perminate equipment will be removed for free). This would amount to 3,750,000 credits.

Wow, so much fail in one post!
Type 59 = medium premium tank that makes a lot of credits.
Type 59 = one of my favourite targets, I've killed over 400 of them. Why do you want to take my favourite target away from me?
I don't think that there is any need to remove it, but since you are not wanting to hear about it then I'll play along:
IF the Type 59 were to be removed then the only way to do it and make me happy would be to give me something comparable to replace it. How about a Super Pershing with a crew of exactly the same level as my current 59 crew, but with the additional skills reset as the Pershing may not need the same things as the 59 does? I don't see anything less than this being fair, I bought a medium tank to make credits and that was a deliberate decision based on wanting a medium tank and needing a good source of credits. Since buying the 59 I have taken the crew from 50% to 75% with 80,000 credits and then gained the experience to get them to ~60% on their 3rd additional skill, why should that just get thrown away? Why should I have anything less than what I have now, just because some people have something against that tank?
I already have the T-54, and that just isn't the same. UNLESS we go with:
1. Remove the Type 59 from the game
2. lower the repair cost on the T-54 to the same as the 59 had.
3. Increase the credits earned to the same as the 59 had.
4. Return the 7,500 gold
5. Convert the Type 59 crew to Russian and reset their additional skills so they can be repicked. Also another 800 gold so that crew can be retrained for whatever tank the player wishes.
Of course this would mean that there would be a LOT more T-54s played and they are more fearsome than the Type 59 by quite a large margin (better gun, engine & armour).

How would this keep everyone happy? Everyone losing their T59 would be mad as hell, free T54 or not, especially if they just took it away and gave you a stock T54 that burns money like it's fuel.
You have no idea the amount of backlash that would happen because of this.
If they wanted to take someones premium tank away at the very least they would have to refund the gold and give them another premium of the same tier otherwise people would be quitting left and right over it.
And it's not like the T59 is even all that good anymore, the other tier 8 mediums can all pen the front of it, it's the slowest of them all, the radio is terrible as is the view range, and if you're up against someone who is even half decent getting close enough to brawl is a gamble because they're going to be aiming for the countless weak spots on the tank.

I haven't played my Type59 as much as I did in the past months.
It feels like a different tank now.

If you owned a 59 you would soon realise that on its own it is a mediocre tank at best, tracked and whacked it is a dead duck in the water. Slow acceleration bla bla. So I love it when I see players like the op who are so scared because you make easy meat.

I recently bought one and to be honest wish I could return it. Its a good tank for what it is. For me being a lowe driver I am having a tought time crossing over to a medium type of play and suck at it. Its not as OP as people think, especially since the MM adjustment.

No one is complaining about my T-59 because they are all upset about Churchills. I love sales and specials to deflect the 59 haters.

Don't blame this on the tank, blame it on the MM for putting tier 5's in tier 8 battles. If 'course they are OP to them, all tier 8's are OP to tier 5's, that's just common sense, unless, they are TD's and SPG's, they stand more of a chance than standard tanks do. Just like tier 9's & 10's are OP to the Type. I'm getting tired of my T1 HT & T-14 being put in tier 8 battles as well.

There is NO need to get rid of any tank in this game, particularly the type 59. They are, in NO WAY overpowered....a pack of them (2-3) are formidable true...but often does that really happen these days? I see a type pack maybe once every 25 games, tops. Everyone knows how to deal with them and they've been defanged thru patches to just not be that big of a threat. To be honest, I'd like the type 59 back that i bought oh so many months ago. Its, frankly, not that much fun to drive anymore...which is why you dont see packs of them like you used to.

My 2 cents. I have had the t-54, and it sucks as a T-9 med tank. So I sold it to go towards something good. From what I have heard it used to be topdog. My type will have to be pulled from my cold dead fingers. To be taken away from me. The T-54 is what the Type 59 was designed from by the Chinese, but ingame the type in the right hands can run circles around the T-54. Now! as far as the type being OP. No way in hell. The pen is good on it, but damage sucks. I keep hearing people talk about in groups they are OP. Well to that I say, DUUURRRRR. Anything can be called OP if they are in big enough groups. For example: Running my MS1 with 4 other MS1s, in a group. We slaughtered the other team, and they where calling us every name known to man. Main one was hackers. Now come on people. If you really have that much problem with the Type 59, then you havent done your research on it, to be able to fight against it.
