I hear ya.
My hummle's accuracy since the last patch is pathetic. I only play it for daily bonus right now. Hopefully the next patch will make it fun again and let my hair grow back.

Arty can be difficult. I've often wanted to fling my keyboard after my Wespe misses a clear shot.

Personally I'm still waiting for my Pz2000. 6 shots, 1 minute all calulated to hit the one spot at the one time more German OP

Got the slot for the GwP already. Waiting for a sale. I've read that it too can be frustrating. I'll soon see.
I don't mind if the gunner is drunk. Half the time I play I am too or wishing I was lately.

I used to play in a Grille and Hummel a lot; I liked the whole "shoot people from the opposite side of the map" part of it. However: as I got more skilled and started caring more about accuracy I began to notice how horrible the accuracy on arties are.
It got to the point where I would aim at a big heavy tank (such as a Lowe) that wasn't moving, wait for the reticle to finish zeroing in, and then shoot....only to see the shot miss completely. The whole time the Lowe hadn't even moved. I've missed 3 or 4 arty shots in a row against a large sized tank that didn't move once in the time it took to get those shots off; which with an arty is a really long time.
As a skilled player, I understand that arties can't be too accurate with such high damage guns. The least I would expect is that you can (at worst) have a near miss on a stationary target that does minor damage to your target. Such as damaging the treads or dealing very light hp damage; or something similar so the shot isn't completely wasted. And to clarify: I am talking about a stationary target, not a tank that is moving around to be less of an easy target for arties.

hmm...is your gunner elite yet?
and what terrain is that? sometimes it does matter
Hummel faces drunk gunner a lot...much less in GwP (but still for all arty there is)

not sure about grille, but crew may be the problem for hummel
the hummel tends to land its shots on the lower half of the circle
(even with elite crew)

I have this problem on my GW tiger, gunner is 100% but a perfectly lined up shot misses, but on my GW Panther I hit dead on shot after shot. I know the GW tiger stock gun is less accurate but it can't be that much of a difference.

my crew is at 100% and 98% on skills and perks this problem has only just startyed since last update as i origanaly stated, i understand how to aim it accuratly and that the shells more often than not land on lower side of reticle however the shots that are not landing in my target reticle are missing by 2-4 mtrs and thats a fkn long way..
ps never brought my gunner booze so i dont believe in your drunk gunner...

thats all controlled by RNG...which is usually drunk
that drunk thing controls all stuff about accuracy, penetration, damage...all those u care
they may have changed that set of numbers in the RNG, and that is hidden stats, we will never know

Get your crew to no less than 75%, with 50%, you'll miss a lot. If you haven't noticed, when you fire, the reticle gets bigger, still, the shot is inside the reticle.
