As you all may have heard, there is a tank coming in patch 7.5 called the Super Pershing. Apparently, it's a modification of the regular Pershing, with extra armor plates. I also hear it's getting the 90mm gun, which can't be much different from today's mediums. So it's basically going to be a heavily-armored medium.
Hey, doesn't that sound familiar? Isn't there a heavily-armored tier 8 premium medium tank that makes gameplay tough for mid-tier tanks?
Add the fact that it's American, and I'm sure everyone and their brother will be buying it. This is the North American server, so many people from United States will prefer it over the Type 59.
Better finish grinding those mid-tier tanks soon!

With the extra armour, I can't see it being as fast as the 59.
Likely won't be as fun to play as the regular Pershing or the 59.

Let them have it. Every needs a nice gold tank. I'm still a little irked Germany don't have a high tier medium yet. I figure with the popularity of the 59, and we all know will jump on the Super Pershing like white on rice. So where is Germany's even though I don't have a clue what it would be.

1) They already have the model for it, so it's not as difficult to add.
2) Due to its speed, it is more fun to play.
3) Due to its low armor, it is less of a pain for mid tier tanks.
4) It's already well-balanced for a tier 8 premium, since it was always just slightly weaker than its peers.

The German's are getting a tier 8 premium Td. And rumor been bouncing around that the leo a1 will branch down from the vk3002db. they said they haven't completely pushed the leo a1 out of the picture yet.

Considering the low top speed, unlikely it'll be as bad.
Could be a bit like the 3601 in tier 6. Or like the differences between the E8 and E2
But slightly different or not I still don't see what the hell we need 2 tier 8 Pershings for.
im sure they are sure of their logic though.
