So... I bought 2 purchases of 3,000 gold with just a few days in between transactions. I never received the gold so I submitted a ticket with WG and PayPal. WG first said that they never received the money. Now they say that I partially spent the gold (that I never received) and my account is suspended since I disputed the transaction. WTF WG??

I just want to play, and I just want the gold I paid for. I have bought gold numerous times (way too much money wasted) and all of the sudden NOW WG wants to screw me over. I don't have my $30 back, I don't have the gold I paid for, and now I DON'T have an account. This is BULLS%#T!!! :Smile-angry::Smile-angry::Smile-angry:

Anyone else had an issue like this???

Did you buy gold on the WoT website? That's the only place you can officially buy gold.

Yeah... Bringing it to the forums is definitely a way to reduce any current problems...

You sent in a ticket, and got that. Send in another one explaining in full detail what you did, and i'm sure it'll be resolved.

I assume you made a second account?

Let me check off the rules you have broken.

* you have two accounts.
* you are disputing a decsion by WG
* Language

They would not suspend your account for disputing them, you must've done something else that irked them.
Tell us the whole stroy instead of what you have now.

Yes I did. I clicked "Buy Gold" then it sent me to the package option... I clicked $14.99 for 3,000 gold and clicked "Continue." It then sent me to PayPal (option I use all the time) and I used my creditcard blahblahblah... Then normally I would go back in-game and use my gold. Almost immediately every single time. But this time... nothing.

Buying gold on ANY other website that is not the official WOT site can lead to  Your account being suspended

That's because all the other sites are simply fraud

This is the whole story...

I decided, "Hey, I want some gold!" So I bought it. Checked my bank account... Money was taken. Checked my in-game... Gold was not there. Checked it out on forums. Someone said "It's taken up to a week for WG to give me my gold. So I waited a week (or 6 days... somethin like that). Sent in a ticket to WG... They said PayPal never sent them the money. Submitted a ticket to PayPal. Account suspended. Email notifying me of suspension said that I spent the gold and was suspended for sending in a transaction dispute. That's the WHOLE story. I never used actual language, and I don't have 2 accounts...

I had that problem. The problem was my expiration date on the card. I had been using a temp debit card and I received my regular debit card and I did not update the expiration date on paypal because the number was the same. I'd suggest following the moderator's advice above, submitting your ticket, and dealing with it. Just stop with this thread.

I understand I should seek to resolve this issue with WG. I have started my end of the resolution process by submitting another ticket. I just came to the forums asking if anyone else has had the same issue. I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Yup had this problem like two months ago. Some how the paypal transaction didn't go through.
I had to actually call up paypal and do a reversal order.

I hate having to jump through so many hoops... if this isn't resolved by the time I'm done flyin tomorrow I will call PayPal. I just don't understand why they have been so good to me (PayPal) and then all of the sudden HUGE ISSUE.

Upon submitting first ticket about first transaction PayPal automatically cancelled first payment. That is when I decided to try again. Fool me once right?

Dude , I feel your pain brother disputing anything with wargaming brings down a world of hurt on you.
I have never experienced a company that is happy to take our money then treat us the way they do.

e.g :

No compensation for a week of sever issues
Bans for commenting on decisions
etc
etc
etc

No doubt I will receive another time out for this.

You can tell that he probably has multiple accounts because people are getting negged left and right if they disagree with him in any way, use, or form.
