Exit the game. It won't work if you have the client running when you doubleclick the replay.

Had the trouble my self, until I found out what you need to do.

You have to open with.... The WoT Client it self.

It does not work via Windows media player, etc.

Make sure your game is logged off and screen closed.

make sure that the replay file is the same update number as the game client itself or else it wont run.

You first must enable battle recording in game settings. From the garage click menu top left corner then click game settings then click the game option. You should see the check box for 'enable game recording' at the bottom on the left side. Any games played before you have checked off this option will not be saved.

After that open up your world of tanks folder on your computer and find the replay folder ( I created a shortcut to my desktop to make it easier ).

Each replay should be named: date, time, tank and map, the latest map will always be at the bottom.

Make sure you have completely shut down the game, find the map you want replayed and double click it. Takes about 10 seconds to start.

Good luck.
