Great, but how come this server gets it THAT much later then the Russian server??

Why can't WG ever release the update/new client executables in advance of the actual update?

Because there was some patching issues, so they've been working on the fix and that's why it's late

6 days, including the weekend, strikes me as reasonable - 7.0/7.1 took almost two weeks in both cases.

omg yes finally can get back to playing it's been over month since i played most shot people with arty to make up for the hate threads about arty. arty commands me to repay them for the hate they get by giving them more they feed off it.
