nice WG on the early side this year!

I heard somewhere that the 7.5 test server is going up tomorrow. Is this true or is it a rumor?

So i was wondering i have a jagdtiger currently, when the jagdpanzer e-100 which is now tier 10 is coming out will i get it for free? and also i was thinking since the top tier down all lines is basicly the same amount of experience as every other line if they reduce the xp cost of the jagdtiger  to balance that factor will i get the difference in free xp? and lastley if i have a panther 2 or e-50 will i get its equivilent on the other medium line if i want to go for a leopard 1 instead of the ausf. m?

As expected, WG's statement is as ambiguous as ever, what do they mean by "corrected" and "adjusted" ? Is that a nerf or a buff ?
