Same problem. A bunch of us had this problem with the test and I never found out if it had been fixed - I guess it didn't.

Dear Player,
Thank you for contacting World Of Tanks support.
Please make sure the client is installed to a different directory than the current live game client.
We would like you to do a clean install with our latest 7.4 version. Please follow these steps to ensure that you do a clean install:
Uninstall your currently installed client and delete the remaining game folder and its contents (the default location is C:\Games\).
Next click on your start menu and in the search/run box type "%appdata%" (without the quotes) and press enter, then in the folder that comes up we would like you to delete the wargaming.net folder. Please also delete your previously downloaded WoT installers.
Next, click on your start menu and in the search/run box type "%temp%" (without the quotes) and press enter.
Then delete all of the files in your User's temp folder that comes up (some of the files will be in use by Windows and will not let you delete them, just delete the ones you can).
Now download a fresh copy of our latest client from the following link: http://cdn1.worldoft....4_CT_setup.exe
Then install from the file you just downloaded "WoT_0.7.4_CT_setup.exe".
Launch/run World Of Tanks.
Please let us know if your issue persists.
Best Regards

here is my post from the test server http://forum.worldof...or/page__st__40
read through some of the last post this guy gave me a sight in order to fix it i just haven't gotten around to doing it
and this is what Tan said about it
An WG official has been notified so guess we got to wait till he/she respond..
Hi laxrules56, I read every thread in here.
This is done for the purpose of collecting bugs, feedback suggestions etc, to forward off to the development team for their investigation.
I dont have any answers for you yet through, it appears to be a new bug, that is only effecting you and another so far.
Have you installed it to a separate new directory, and running it mod free?
Regards
Tan.
I could use more information, which is why the thread's still open and wasn't archived the first few times I read the thread.
