Team chat and all chat should go back to normal, by hitting ctr. and the server ridicule should go back to CAPS and '0'.  I also think that the T30 should get the 20% gun dispersion back because it was already bad to begin with.

I think they should just stop nerfing American tanks, period. Just because the win rate is 0.0001% above its Soviet counterparts does NOT mean a ______% (number greater than 10) nerf on _____ for tank ______ is needed.
