I have noticed continual stuttering, lagg spikes and such since the 7.4 update.
Is this a known issue or not and if it is, is it being addressed?

Between the Russian, European, and NA servers, we do not, as one might think, make up 1/3rd of the playerbase. More like 1/4th, at best. 1/6th, at worst. We're the bastard step-children who are given game access just to fill Wargaming's pockets that much more. No more, no less. If our playerbase breaks the current peak hours count of 25,000 and goes up to, say, 75,000, we might see a server upgrade. Until then.... Well, let's just say I quit holding my breath a long time ago, and just avoid playing during peak hours.
[Edit] I completely spaced and forgot about the South East Asia server, which has far less active accounts than even the NA server. So they matter even less than we do, I imagine. Haha.

It's true that the na server has zero input into the game. Unless something is totally broken we only get changes or action based on ru first then eu opinions.

You aren't the only ones getting those lag spikes. I get them too and very often. It makes the game nearly unplayable because the spikes mess up everything such as turning, aiming, etc.
