I registered for your forums yesterday and tried to fill out the Application form there.  I'm not sure it went through though, I am getting a message about forum permissions.

Thanks for applying to the VPG family!

The setup is a little wonky (imo). Once you submit an application you should be able to see your application thread in the forum here: http://forums.vorbil...31-Applications

It will be a private thread only visible by you and clan officers.

As to the rest of the forums, you should be able to see the Public section, here: http://forums.vorbil...15-Public-Forum

Once a new recruit is accepted then their forum permissions are adjusted so that they can see everything.
