CorpsePuncher's Photo CorpsePuncher Jul 03 2012

Hi,

i just had a match with my e75 and once again ive noticed that my shells mainly with the is8 have been "penetrating" (leaving a gaping hole in the side of the tank) but no damage has occureed i was wondering can u explain/solve this issue if it is? also i noticed that the rear guard of my e75 took a hit but nothing else was hit only the mud guard flap and i lost hp can u please explain that? thx in advance

the mud guard flap hit must have been a HE shell.

It was either space armor(some tanks have non damage spots above their tracks) or a critical hit

All of the tanks in this game have spaced armor, and there are certain spots that receive no damage at all when shot at. Not only is this preeminent in the Russian tanks, I had a churchill shoot me several times and I could see the hole even in the drivers vision slit and under the gun, but I had taken no damage and no critical hits. Clearly, there is still some sort of glitch, or the Churchill just got extremely cheated by the game. Nevertheless, did he expect to escape from Gandalf the Grey?

well since i dont know how spaced armour works im not gonna argue i will argue the mud flap cause there was no he i know that for a fact and as for the spaced armour on specifically the is8 how many damn spaced armour slots does it have cause i hit it in the rear left side above last susspension no damage half way through the middle no damage so i wonder do the russian tanks have more spcaed armour slots/ are they also larger?

you should be able to read up and get a basic idea of spaced armor in a few minutes with google. Also, afaik, not all tanks have spaced armor. I'm 99% sure german tanks don't and 89% US tanks don't. As for french I can't say but the russian tanks sure as hell do.
