ok so I just reached 100% BinA with my PZII crew and im liking it a lot. Reload's are very qwick now  and over all performence is a bit better. Yes I run a vent as well as coated optic's and Gun laying drive.
and as my 2nd skill's i went with Snap shot smooth ride and sit awarness.

So what are you rocking on your PZII?

But I have been crew killed by a single burst from a PzII.

My PzII runs with vents, optics and the suspension kit for decreased tracking.  My crew has Recon, Offroad King and Adrenaline rush at 100% and now working on Camo, Clutch Breaking and Situational Awareness.

I'm still trying to get my FIRST skills to 100 (and I mostly chose "repair" b/c I drive German yardsale tanks.

I chugged this crew up from the ground.  Didn't know about buying your way to 100% until I was already there.  Still, I have yet to get my first skill to 100, even though I average 571 exp per battle.

Admittedly I am still learning to play this tank, and am often too agro and try to get kills, which gets me killed - but I take out a lot of arty.

Maybe I just dont have enough battles in the tank?

I did the same, converted 100% camo skill to brothers in arms perk, grinding the camo back

I rock a camo net aiming device and vents and its mean.

This is be best skill for 3 man tanks, I have it on my PZII and just finished getting it on my Ltraktor (7 top guns in last 3 days).
