Grind good tank lines.

No TD's, no German tanks (unless arty).

T-54, Batchat, T110, IS-7, 50B, any end game arty are good lines. Avoid German tanks, American mediums, all tank destroyers, and the IS-4.

platoon with someone who is experienced player or join a clan (an experience clan, not a dumb, inactive clan)

Opinion. Many people do well in TDs and American Mediums, though I feel you are right about the German tanks. I am around 58% in the M8A1, T49, and Easy 8, and I generally rock the hardest in TDs overall.

Also, use free XP to skip the first few tiers of the French tree if you ever decide to go that route. The lower tiers are mediocre at best, and play enough unlike most other tanks that the really won't teach you anything.

policenitro does this every once in a while.  Asks for help, then ignores or argues with anything he's told.

Not really sure why he does it, but every month or two he starts another thread like this..  If he actually listens to anyone in this one, i'll be amazed.

There are some really good WOT players on youtube. Go there and search for "PandyCol, channel".

Play the game, thats how i learnt, its not really so complex that you need training, play a match, if you die, think about what you could have done instead to prevent the death, thats what i do,

Should i have gone left instead of right, should i have expected that flanking medium to pop out from there, etc

I dont have the good english to help you in game, but if you add me, I can explain you how to be a good player, I can share you some replays showing you some tactics, etc. Good Luck
