I have 2 questions:
1. Is downranking allowed? It says "tier 8 for all tanks" but if that is the case then there are 2 extra unused points.
2. Are we allowed to post here looking for a team to join?
And lord_farquad is that all "tanks" or all vehicles? Could be interpreted either way...

"...based on the below tier limits" means *up to and including* Tier 8 (i.e. it's not mandatory to bring tier 8, but represents the upper limit).
"...for all tanks" means *all* tanks across all classes of tank in the game (don't get hung up on different terminology for TDs and SPGs; they're still "tanks" in this context).
Teams will need to think about their desired strategy and make adjustments to the number of players they actually field in a battle, running in their chosen mix of tanks, whilst making sure that they do not exceed the limits that have been imposed for this tourney. The "limits" presented above (i.e. 7 player limit, tier 8 tank limit and 42 point tierage limit) are simply maximums that teams must not exceed.

By the way, I have received a lot of awesome notes the past few weeks of people telling me how much they enjoy the tourneys. Thanks to everyone who sent one, it's always nice to hear!
