Limit dead player's ability to talk to...

Limit the time-period during which dead players can talk to the enemy. Thirty seconds tops, perhaps.
The behavior I find most irritating in a game is when you're the last player left on your team, you did your part, and you decide to just hide and wait out the capture so you get to keep more experience.
And some pathetic little bag o'wire starts blabbing to the enemy team what grid square you are in and where you are going.
I have seen this happen multiple times. It's all about whiny little people dragging others down to their level. "I got killed, he should get killed, too."
I mention this because I am seeing it happen a LOT on the test server, PARTICULARLY with Russian players. I do not speak Russian, but when I'm the last guy left and I'm moving East on the north side of the board, I don't need to translate BLAHBLAHBLAH A8 BLAHBLAHBLAHB A5, particularly when the numbers keep changing to reflect my vector as I zoom around.
Dead people shouldn't talk. Or give them a 10-20 second window in which to say 'Good game' or whine, or whatever, then CUT THEM OFF.
If they are going to compliment the enemy, say good game, whatever...They can do that within the first few seconds. Leaving them able to keep talking results only in either trash-talking or the kind of rude and unfair cooperation described above. Telling the enemy where a friendly tank is, is no different from TKing and needs to be treated in a similar fashion.

You could try reporting for unfair play (yes, giving teammates' positions does count).
However there is not much point in hiding at the end. You save some repair cost, but do not save any exp at all; in fact, you are losing exp by not doing that bit more damage before the match ends.

I disagree. Most of the time the last clown that lives on my team is the clown thats been hiding for the whole match doing nothing. I want that clown dead, why reward them for doing nothing to help the team.

Move to the U.S. server. doesn't happen, if it does it is very rare, usually people say say he is at blah blah A0 or a position in their base or somewhere near their base, (Basically, false position).
i don't see how this is even a problem. It hardly ever happens.
If it is happening to you, its because you arent putting effort into your team it sounds. And your team doesn't like you for it

I've had that happen to me on the regular server. I was the last survivor in my S-51 (and had two kills) at Prokhovka (sp?) and I was hiding in the corner on our side of the map with a minute to go. They were going to cap in 15-20 seconds so I decided to hang tight and just wait for the loss and survive. A couple of enemy tanks were taunting me, but couldn't find me. One of my dead teammates suddenly broadcasts my position (SE corner) and calls me a coward for hiding and an E-50 pops up by the tracks. I greet him with a 203 HE shell and promptly get nailed by their arty.
If they want to talk on the team chat, fine. But cut off their global chat ability right after they go boom.

The real question is, Why are you the last one alive so often?
Firstly, I'm not always the last guy, but I like to watch out the end to see if the fellow knows effective hiding spots (see below). I've seen this happen to plenty of people, not just me.
Because I often play a TD that sets up and snipes, shifts position to another good sniping hide, etc. I also often play a scout and ninja scout/passive scout rather than suiciding straight into the enemy base.
And to one of the other comments...I see it happen on the US server, too...But not NEARLY as often.
And to another, if your tank is destroyed, you do NOT get as much crew experience as you do if you survive to the end of the game.

As soon as a person's tank is destroyed in a battle, their ability to communicate with other players remaining alive, using the in game chat, should also end.
Possibly allow the dead to communicate only among themselves as an alternative.

.
Fuzzy logic here; I seem to remember from the wiki that there is a very slight exp reward for survival, but not worth trading for another shot or two at enemy tanks, especially ones on your cap. You might only keep a little silver by avoiding repairs, IF you have a high tier vehicle. If you're in a tier 6/7 or lower and you miss that last chance to do something you're just short-changing yourself.
That said, calling out were your teammates are is a really scummy thing to do.

seems that the russians players are immoral
But I do agree about cutting off the ability to talk to enemy team after death because it doesn't serve any purpose (well besides the occasional "he's in A2" lie that somehow works once in a while)

test server who cares. you have 10times credit and exp so just die to end it, in actual game this is a direct violations of the rules so take a screen shot and submit a ticket and laugh when they get banned
on a side note i seemed to have used up my daily quota of negative votes.... will be back tomorrow then

( i was heavily damaged and had 1 kill)

This happens on NA server, i've seen it alot, and it just happened to me last night for what would be at least the 3rd time recently. Happens all the time to people that are afk BUT it also happens alot to players that are just the last one left.
What is really unfair about this is when you've done your bit yet people think you deserve to die like it was all your fault the team failed.
You do realise that by letting all your tanks die you give the opposition more XP as the global damage dealth is shared amongst the winning team hence the winning team always gets a lot more xp, why give them more, as a dead person I would rather let my arties live and deny the opposition those few extra xp points.
