It just came to me....since the first U.K premium tanks is coming out the patch after 7.5...that means the Brits should be here in what 2 months?

I am focusing on the Matilda the LL version, Do you think once the Matilda BP (Black Prince) is introduced will the Matilda LL be taken out of the in-game store?

Nah, I don't think it will be removed til a British version of the Matilda comes out.

Tilly won't be taken out because of black prince. They are both different variants, and offer different gameplay. In fact, LL matilda will probably remain in store after the british tree comes out, as it is a russian modification of the LL matilda to fit the 76mm gun. Captured french were removed because they were basically the same as the french tanks, matilda (and valentine) will have no exact equal in the british tree so there is reason to keep them in-game.

The Matilda Black Prince probably will not be available to use until 8.0.
AFAIK Its only going to be available to supertesters in 7.5, similar to how the Super Pershing and Dickermax was only available to super testers in 7.4

So the MBP should be available in 7.6 most likely.

I'm surprised they gave us it at all on one hand but on another, I'm not. I don't expect to ever see the MBP on the main British tree so it's likely that they would make it Soviet to begin with and then, when British tanks come, just make it British. Either way, It'll stay a premium tank.

Devs hinted at keeping the Matilda LL even after the British come; their reason being its gun is different than what you'd find on the conventional Matilda.  Valentine may have been included in that, but I believe the Churchill may get axed from the store.

The Matilda being removed is sort of doubtful since it's quite different with the Soviet ZiS-96 main gun which'll definitely set it aside from other premiums that have gone the way of the dodo.

the ceo interview if i recall he said they will likely remove them from the store and bring them back as specials etc.

Why would you want the Soviet version anyway?

Soviet premium = only train Soviet crews,
British premium = can train British crews for your UK tree vehicles

Next patch is 8.0.

I think their going to Buff the tanks right before the next patch 8.0 or whatever then take them out of the store and sell only on certian specials like with the Type 59 and KV-5
