this may sound stupid, but i was wondering if a settings menu under controlls could be implimented for controllers or joysticks, just went out and bought a 3GD steelseries hand controller and would like to use it in WOT's its just like a PS3 controller, has 14 buttons an arrow pad and 2 sticks, would be perfect for turret, barrel, and tank movements aswell as zooming in and out of sniper vision.
if cant be implimented please explain why it cant be, because id like to know and will it be implimented into World of Warplanes?

While it probably could be implemented I think you'll find that you have more precision with the mouse and keyboard compared to a controller.

heard it before, wont judge on percision untill they are both ingame.

controler almost garnteed to add to manuvrability controls, percision well depend on playerpreference(and souldnt be compared to COD accreccy).  IN halo i actually find it easier to hit stuff in the tank than this game(i mean the pointer not teh actual shots, which still holds true anyway), same in battlefield, which has aimahead but also has less zoom, gravity, and other stuff making it harder to aim yet i still do better with teh controler =/.

dont judge accreccy of eather until both are in game and can be compared side by side

If they had true joystick compatibility it would be great.  As some on the forums are aware I basically have to play one-handed.  A joystick helps a lot.  I found a joystick that maps to keystrokes.  Use it strapped to my left arm for movement and use the mouse normally in my right hand.  It is sluggish compared to just using the keyboard, but it at least lets me play.

Here is a topic on joysticks.

use autohotkey or xpadder and you can play it with any device you want.
