how come the howitzer model 1927 is exactly the same as howitzer model 1903/30 why do i have to use xp to get the same gun! i dont understand plz help.

Usually the upgraded gun has an increase to range and in some cases, splash radius as well. There is always a difference it's just sometimes, that difference isn't written down in the stats.

The upgraded 76mm howitzer has a slightly faster rate of fire than the previous one. It is also more accurate. You can see these stats in game when you hover your mouse over the items in the garage select screen.
8.75 rds/min > 9.91 rds/min
0.50 accuracy > 0.49 accuracy
