If this is occurring then as with all such incidences please follow the procedures outlined in the "Disputes" section of the rules.

Yeah, sorry you came all that way to be short handed. I figured 9 of 12 would be troublesome for many teams. Not to mention it being Sunday which wasnt on the original schedule.
