Here's the problem I noticed:
As you see on the screen capture above, on NA website, useful software section, the page caption is not translated. Russian, I'd guess.
I hope this helps to make the world a little bit better.

hmm, never had that problem before.
Hover over the "Earth" icon and make sure its set to North America.
but then again, the navigation would have been in Russian as well... so I don't know, it might just be a Google Chrome glitch.
