This happened to me a several months ago but every thing was red. Uninstall and then Reinstall. This is do to information lost or Corrupt info. Meaning an overlap of information. Nothing bad just mixed up that's all. I know it's a pain, but it will be faster then contacting support.  Good Luck!

Do you also get doof-doof music to go with the colour scheme?

Color corruption is often a sign that you video card is about to kick the bucket. That or something is wrong with your card or the setting you are asking it to try to run.

Do you still have the problem when you go to battle??? did you change your vid card setting. Leave the game and go back in if this still happens see if there are any new drivers for your vid card.
Does this happen in any other games??? if so you may need a new vid card. Good luck
