No about clan problems and how most clans are just *newb* clans and made by spioled brats with no exp.

I believe tank locking is where your clan fields a team of players with their tanks, and after the battle is over, those tanks your clan's players used are in lockout mode, i.e, unusable. Thats just what I think though, from what I've heard.
