[Panzerleiter]

The mod started by c25xe, who was originally inspired by genevie, continues for 7.5.  As c25xe hasn't been heard from in some time, I decided to start a new thread that I could title myself, so as to better alert people to updates.

Both Gold and No-Gold versions are in the same download.  Due to popular demand, Mediafire is now an option for downloading.
