I just took this picture few minutes ago, the T1 appeared in the high tier battle. All he can do is running around and die. The new patch wrote that gamers wont play with the higher tanks more than two tier, but I did see the tier 4 in the battle with tier 8 many times after the patch .... please fix it.

I had a couple of games yesterday with tier 1s in tier 8+ battles for some reason certain idiots think its OK to platoon and drag a tiny tank into high tier battles some even drag 2 tier 1s in with them i thought we had seen the last of this sort of thing months ago when it died out sadly its back or atleast it was last night when every special kind of idiot seemed to be online just before the stars changed

The humor of taking a low tier tank into a high tier platoon has always escaped me.  I've never been able to understand why WG don't impose a 2 or 3 tier spread limit on platoons.

I know of a bloke who took his son in yesterday so when he died, he could watch his dad in a big tank as he is new to the game, to get an idea of the game so he will keep playing. Not get bored with the slowness of teiring up. He got rapped over the nuckles from the other players and said he won't do that again. But some just do it for fun to erk other players, that's when it is not right.

Not a bug - I know some players will report this for being 'unfair play.' The devs say that, while it is frowned upon, it's not against the rules.

Look at the 'Battle Mechanics' section of the wiki, and you'll see that this is one way around the new 'two tier' rule of 7.5 - there are other exceptions.

For example, a tier 4 light can get into tier 12 battles (12 being highest battle tier), while Tier 8 meds and heavys can't.

Ya this sucks to be driving a 12t around with Tier 9 and 10 tanks, but it forces commanders to either get real good at driving the tank or stop driving lights altogether.
