What kind of party only has 3 participants? A lame one, if you ask me.

This should be quite helpful in getting my crews trained up, especially my Russian tanks. Thank you WG!

Its not really a party with 3 tanks. :(

The way I see it,they put the 3x crew exp in to counter all those who saw "arty party" on the calendar, and said "I'll be out of town that weekend. Don't need to have my tanks all smashed up by all the arty that will be partyiing."
