commander: recon then mentor
gunner: eagle eye
driver: smooth ride (easier to aim on move)
loader: intution

as a start

Brothers in arms?  maybe once you get the first perks 100 % and get about 40% on the second you can "drop" the perks, pick up BiA, then the above again.

Just a thought from an 'average' player

I'd rather have clutch braking first rather than smooth ride. Gotta keep that front armor pointed the right way quickly, and wiggle that teensiest bit faster so people can't shoot at the weakspots.

Commander - recon really ?....... i would get mentor first to maximize the xp earned on other crew members... and btw u want moar view range mount Binos on the tank

Gunner -Eagle eye.... u kidding me ? u really want to aim 5 seconds on 1 tank to know its weak spots ..... better take repair or dead eye if u wanna learn weak spots download the weak spots skin

Driver : smooth ride ....... are u serious :Smile_sceptic: .... u wanna shoot on move in a tank who is slower than my KV5..... better take off road driving to help ur turtle-slow speed and get out of dangerous situations ... or use camouflage if u really wanna snipe coz the gun is accurate enough .... and u can mount the VStab (vertical stabilizer) if u really want to  shoot on the move

loader:  Intuition ..... so u dont want another safe stowage or repairs ? no point taking intution if u have such a small gun..... firing HE will not work that much ... except ur a KV2 .....

in my conclusion .... you should go for the repair skills or the skills i mentioned above ....... otherwise its up to you

good luck :)

Repair/Repair/Repair/Repair/Repair. After that's done, maybe retrain for Brothers in Arms and get started on Repair again.

Radio: 1. Signal Boost / 2. Relaying
Gunner: 1. Snap Shot (will go Des target @ 100%) / 2. Snap Shot Again or Repair
Driver: 1. Clutch Braking / 2. Off Road Driving or Repair
Loader: 1. Repair / 2. Camo ?

I ended up putting repair on 4 crewman because the only way people seem to get to hurting me is by tracking me so they can get around and kill me.  Commander has mentor...This is just a test config to see if it will help.....

Cheers

I am using the Patton crew on the SP to train them.

Best Layout for me IF you want to have a dedicated SP crew (bit of a waste IMO), this are the best skills for it, in order:

- Comm: (Mentor), Recon, Repair - (Mentor could be best if you are training the other crew on it. If not, skip)
- Gunner: Deadeye, Armorer, Repair, Snap Shot
- Driver: Off-Road King (a must), Clutch Braking/Repair (Tie), Smooth Ride
- Radioman: Sit. Aware. , Repair
- Loader: Safe Storage, Repair

This is what I'm working towards. Will train up second skill as  repair then reskill to BIA when it's complete.

Commander - Sixth Sense/Brothers in Arms/Repair (because knowing when you're spotted is the most valuable skill any crew member can have)
Driver - Clutch Braking/Brothers in Arms/Repair (because in a slow tank that can pivot, pivoting a bit faster is pretty critical)
Gunner - Snap Shot/Brothers in Arms/Repair (because reducing accuracy penalty during turret rotation makes pretty much every shot more accurate)
Radioman - Situational Awareness/Brothers in Arms/Repair (Because you can never have too much view distance in a medium)
Loader - Safe Stowage/Brothers in Arms/Repair

comm. mentor-faster xp
gunner deadeye/armorer-tracking/always gets gun destroyed atleast once
driver clutch braking-keep that armor to the front
radio sit aware-best of the choices
loader safe stowage-hate being ammo racked first few minutes

I went this way:

Commander: Mentor
All other crew: Repair

Reason for the rest of the crew getting repair is a lot of people will try to track an SP so that either they or a team mate can get around to the side...at least that has been my exp.

Cheers

Yeah. Repair is the top priority on the SP. A tracked Super Pershing is a dead Super Pershing: the close guys will track you to get around you and once tracked, that artillery will love to turn you into target practice.

First 3 Planned Skill Set at 100%:

Commander: Mentor/BIA/Recon
Driver: Off Road/BIA/Clutch
Loader:   Adrenaline/BIA
Gunner:  Armorer/BIA/Deadeye
Radio: Awareness/BIA/Call for Vengeance

Repair?!  WHO NEEDS REPAIR!?  I HAVE GOD ARMOR!
I WANT TO BE SEEN.  I WANT TO STALL!

The fact above is true... until you get tracked, AND flanked.

You might want to move the frontal armor ASAP once you are tracked. Enemies will try to hit anywhere outside the extra layers, and the tracks are not covered.
